The first thing anyone will notice is that for some reason this skinny fuck of a teenager is constantly wearing bandages that go up to his neck, over his torso, down to partway over his hands, down to his ankles, and over his right eye. Dazai swings between looking cheerful and looking blank so it Really depends on the mood you catch him in.

Permissions & Opt-out! The opt-out is mainly for his suicide thing (i.e. he wants to die and will bring it up and sometimes try to accomplish that) but also just, like, generally.
Canonically his ability is No Longer Human which nullifies the special abilities/powers of anyone who touches him. If an ability comes from an object or is focused on one he can nullify it by touching the object. His ability is always active and can transfer through his clothes as well as his skin. Since this is level-nerfed, I'm just going to say that if your character touches Dazai you can like, decide how much it affects them? I'm not the police.
